Services
Installation, Maintenance and Emergency Crane Support
Buying the crane is the short part. Keeping it certified, available and safe over the next decade is where the cost sits — that is the part we take on.
-
Installation & Refurbishment
New overhead crane installation, structural upgrades and modernisation to FEM and BS EN standards — so an ageing crane goes back to work instead of being replaced.
-
Annual Maintenance Contracts
Scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance and priority support on a fixed annual plan. Faults surface during planned downtime, not halfway through a shift.
-
Emergency Breakdown — 24/7
A rapid-response team on call around the clock, with on-site diagnostics and repair. When a crane stops, the bay stops — response time is the real cost.
-
After-Sales Support
Servicing, parts supply and technical support for the equipment we deliver, from commissioning onward. The people who installed it are the people who maintain it.
Why Aerolift
Your Load, Our Lift: We Carry What Matters Most
Procurement decisions on lifting equipment are judged years later — on uptime, on safety audits, on what the maintenance actually cost. These are the four things we are held to.

A team with 20+ years of industrial experience
Our engineers have spent two decades around lifting equipment in service, not just on paper. That shows up in the specification: the right duty class chosen at quotation stage, rather than an upgrade twelve months in.
-
Breakdown cover that runs at 3 a.m.
Our emergency breakdown service operates 24/7 with a rapid-response team, on-site diagnostics and repair. A crane that fails on night shift does not wait for an office to open.
-
Installed and modernised to FEM and BS EN standards
New installations, structural upgrades and modernisation work are carried out to FEM and BS EN standards — so your lifting equipment holds up under inspection, insurance review and internal safety audit.
-
Supply, install, service — one accountable team
Specification, supply, installation and long-term maintenance sit with the same company. No gap between the supplier and the service contractor for a fault to fall into.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
If your question is not here, call +971 55 702 9550 and speak to an engineer rather than a call centre.
Which crane type suits a warehouse or workshop bay?
For light to medium loads in a workshop or warehouse, a single girder EOT crane is usually the most economical choice. For heavy-duty cycles or longer spans, a double girder EOT crane gives more hook height and capacity. Where the building cannot carry a runway, a gantry or semi-gantry crane runs on floor rails instead. For repetitive lifts at one workstation, a wall- or pillar-mounted jib crane is often enough on its own. Send us your span, capacity and duty cycle and we will specify the configuration.
What does an Annual Maintenance Contract cover?
An Aerolift AMC covers scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance and priority support across the contract year. Wear items are checked on a planned cycle, so faults are found during planned downtime rather than mid-shift — and AMC customers move to the front of the queue when a call-out is needed.
How quickly do you respond to a crane breakdown?
Our emergency breakdown service runs 24/7. A rapid-response team attends site for on-site diagnostics and repair, day or night. For a committed response time at your location, call +971 55 702 9550 and we will confirm it against your site and equipment.
Do you install cranes to FEM and BS EN standards?
Yes. New overhead crane installation, structural upgrades and modernisation work are carried out to FEM and BS EN standards, so the installed equipment stands up to inspection and audit.
What lifting capacities do your hoists cover?
The MT-series wire rope hoist range covers 1 to 50 tonnes depending on configuration: foot-mounted 1–5 t, monorail low-headroom and normal-headroom 1–15 t, and double-rail trolley 5–50 t. A foot-mounted true vertical lift version is available at 1.5 t with 4/2 reeving. Models run MT305, MT308, MT312, MT316 and MT525.
